SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting Sunset Secrets Hawaiʻi. We take great care in packaging each item with intention and aloha.


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Processing time may be extended during:

  • New collection launches

  • Sales events (Cyber Monday, holidays)

  • High-volume periods

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.


2. Shipping Methods & Times

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Hawaiʻi: 2–4 business days

  • Mainland USA: 3–7 business days

  • U.S. Territories: 5–10 business days

International shipping will be added later if applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered during special events.


4. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Sunset Secrets Hawaiʻi is not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by carrier rerouting

  • Additional shipping fees required to resend returned packages

If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is transferred to USPS/UPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Sunset Secrets Hawaiʻi is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

If your package is lost or stolen, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.

We will do what we can to assist, but we cannot replace lost/stolen items free of charge.


6. Exchanges (Sleep Shirts Only)

Because our products are limited-edition and small-batch:

All sales are final.

However, we offer size exchanges when available.

Customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping

  • Reshipment shipping

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.


7. Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
We will review and resolve each situation case-by-case.

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed, as we begin processing quickly.
